My Journey
Software Architecture & Engineering: I spent a decade immersed in software development and system architecture, building a deep technical understanding that allows me to identify critical leverage points where engineering decisions create cascading impacts throughout systems.
Strategic Consulting and Technology Advisory: At Accenture, one of the world's largest consulting firms, I balanced engagements with international clients alongside my core focus on advising DAX 30 companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through their technological transformations. I built and led a DevOps department that grew from a handful of people to 120 professionals, experiencing firsthand the challenges of scaling and transforming both org structures and methodologies.
Professional Coaching: Since 2019, I've provided professional coaching services to decision makers such as C-level executives, high-level management, department and team leads (as a formal, compensated role at Accenture). I hold both an ISB certification for systemic coaching and an advanced Google Coaching certification, allowing me to offer specialized coaching that bridges technical expertise with leadership development. My coaching practice focuses primarily on efficiency issues in the context of modern engineering.
Technical Program Leadership: At Google, I tackle problems of exceptional scale and complexity—challenges that few organizations ever encounter. As a Technical Program Manager, I've developed expertise where identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and driving measurable outcomes create extraordinary results.
